"It’s a lifetime experience'
'Everything was incredible,' said Mr. Alexander. (The Epoch Times)
DALLAS—Another fantastic night came to a close, Feb. 3, at the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts as Divine Performing Arts (DPA) concluded its second night presenting classical Chinese dance and music to the people of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas.
Mr. Alexander, an owner of a company that manufactures women’s clothing, said of the show: “It was beautiful. Everything about it, the costumes, the performance, everything was incredible. The whole layout was just beautiful. They did a great job.”
A particular aspect of the show caught his attention. “I think that the whole message was about hope and that there is always going to be hope out there no matter how dark it gets. That is really what I picked up from the whole show,” he said.
“It’s an experience, it’s a lifetime experience. If someone has not seen it, they need to because it is something that they need to have in their mindset,” Mr. Alexander said.
Mr. Eagle, a retired sales executive from an international company specializing in power tools, said, “I’m enjoying it. I especially liked the drummers. And both the men and the women dancers look great. … We’re enjoying it, my wife and I.”
He elaborated on what he liked about the show: “I would say the music, the colorful costumes, the precision of the dance, all the movements. …”
One of the unique aspects of DPA performances is the way each scene is filled with a deep and positive message. Mr. Eagle said, “It tells a story, and it’s easy to follow even though I don’t understand the language.” He said that he was able to learn something from the stories.
He also expressed that it would be unfortunate for anyone who does not get the opportunity to see the show.
